Frequently Asked Questions

We currently ship within the United States.

Yes, you sure can!  Simply submit a Design + Print quote and list your last order/invoice number in the details.

  1. Once you approve your quote, we’ll send you an invoice to complete your purchase.  
  2. After payment is processed, we’ll create a proof for you to review and approve before printing. A proof will be send within 24-48 hours, weekend turn-a-round varies.
  3. Once you’ve reviewed/approved your design, printing will begin immediately. *Please proofread carefully, spelling/grammar errors are the customer’s responsibility to correct. After approval all sales/prints are final.
  4. Print time takes 3-4 business days with the standard option.
  5. Once your order is printed, it’s shipped directly to you via UPS, which is currently estimated at 2-3 business days.

We will send you a proof to approve before printing within 24-48 hours (not including weekends). Approvals are accepted via email, text message, or phone call.  Any delayed response for approval may also result in a later shipping time-frame.

*Basic changes such as text and font is included with the purchase. Any extra edits are based on time restraints, and may also incur additional design fees.  If additional design time is required, the same shipping time-frame is not guaranteed.

Simply submit a Design + Print quote with the type of print you’re looking for, state *printing only* in the details.  Upload your file to us further down the page, with the provided dropbox link or via email.  We will follow up with a quote once we receive your file upload.  Upon your approval we will begin processing your order.

We understand there are circumstances that arise that you may need to cancel your order, we are happy to do so for you prior to your approval, within a 24-hour window. If an order is canceled, any labor hours (proofs, graphic design, etc.) and processing fees will be deducted from your refund. The minimum is $10.

If you have not received your order, we ask that you please reference the tracking number we provided via email to see what the delay could be. Once the order ships it is no longer under our control, any issues will need to be directed to UPS directly. FlatTire-Design is not liable for delays with shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues, customer error, or any other circumstances beyond our direct control.

Since each order is unique to each customer our products do not have a resale value, so all of our sales are final. If we verify the mistake was made on our behalf, we will re-print the order. We will not issue refunds or credit.

You must notify us within *3* business days of receiving your order with any issues discovered with the product. In order to receive a replacement, you must return 100% of the received product within 5 business days (customer’s expense) from the time when the order was delivered.

If sending an image for printing:

For best resolution, files should be 300 dpi and be the original photo taken.  Files saved from Facebook or other platforms do not hold their resolution.  If your not sure, send it in and we’ll be happy to take a look at it for you, along with our recommendations.  If you decide to print, we’ll leave that up to you 🙂

For best print results all logos and file uploads should be in either .ai, .pdf, .eps vector format.  High resolution .jpg or .tiff files are also acceptable and result with beautiful print results.
